Land Surveyor - Abu Dhabi (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine precise locations and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures. You will also be responsible for creating detailed maps, plans, and reports based on your findings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and create accurate maps, plans, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project requirements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Make recommendations for land use based on survey findings
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi or other Indian languages preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$, along with accommodation provided. This is a contract position with potential for extension based on performance.
