Handyman Supervisor

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Handyman Supervisor to oversee our team of handymen in Lusail, Qatar. As a Handyman Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our handyman services, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. This role requires someone with excellent leadership skills, attention to detail and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating the work of handymen, assigning tasks and ensuring they are carried out in a timely manner
- Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining inventory of materials and equipment needed for various tasks
- Training new handymen on company procedures and safety protocols
- Scheduling appointments with clients and providing cost estimates for services
- Resolving client complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Ensuring all safety regulations are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Handyman Supervisor or similar role
- Proficient in various handyman tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Valid Qatari driver's license is preferred

Salary: 1600$ per month
