Call Center Customer Service Representative
Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. This role is suitable for men with a biometric passport and no English language requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders or resolving any issues they may have
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records of all interactions
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Follow up with customers to ensure their questions or concerns have been addressed
- Meet performance goals and targets set by the company
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
