Call Center Representative - Remote

As a call center representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. This is a contract position suitable for students or individuals looking for a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their inquiries
- Provide information about our products, services, and promotions
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Upsell products and services when appropriate

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Fluent in Hindi or any Indian language
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in computer skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
