Administrative Assistant for Egyptian Company in Lusail
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our fast-growing Egyptian company located in Lusail. In this role, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments for management and staff
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when needed
- Act as a liaison between different departments within the company
- Help with recruitment processes by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Salary: 1800$ (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Lusail (candidates must be willing to relocate if not already living in Qatar)
Nationality: Egyptian preferred
