Office Administrator
We are in need of a reliable and efficient Office Administrator to join our team in Jeddah. This role is suitable for men who are fluent in English and have a valid visa for working in Saudi Arabia. As our ideal candidate, you should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our office. This includes answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining office supplies and equipment, organizing files and documents, and assisting with any other administrative tasks as needed.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Previous experience is not required for this position as we are willing to train the right candidate. However, preference will be given to those with previous administrative experience.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month. Please note that accommodation will not be provided so we are looking for candidates who already have housing arrangements in Jeddah.
