Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Sharjah. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, from staff management and training to financial management and customer service. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure that our customers receive the best dining experience possible.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and food quality
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage costs to meet budget goals
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, discuss performance, and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and strive to resolve them in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead a team effectively through strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and profit/loss analysis
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Good understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Sharjah
