Restaurant Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including customer service, staff management, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Hire, train and supervise staff members to provide excellent service and maintain a positive work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menus or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and health/safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- Candidates with experience working in Lusail or familiar with the local market will be given preference

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with additional benefits such as visa sponsorship (for non-Qatari nationals), transportation allowance, health insurance, and annual leave.
