Restaurant Manager



We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing the staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You must also have previous experience in managing a restaurant and be familiar with food safety regulations. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$. Malayalees and students are encouraged to apply. English speaking proficiency is required.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Manage and motivate the restaurant staff, including hiring and training new employees
- Create schedules for employees and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure all staff do the same
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menu items and specials
- Monitor financial performance of the restaurant, including sales, expenses, and profits

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset
but not required.
