Handyman Supervisor


As a Handyman Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of handymen to ensure the timely completion of various maintenance and repair tasks. You will be based in Mecca, Saudi Arabia and will be working with Indian nationals who are fluent in English. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assign tasks to a team of handymen, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Provide guidance and training to team members as needed
- Manage inventory of tools and supplies, ensuring they are well-maintained and readily available for use
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Assist with hands-on tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in handyman work, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time
