Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Maintenance and Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to building maintenance and repairs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and other handyman skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing or replacing broken fixtures, painting walls and ceilings, fixing leaks, and maintaining the overall appearance of buildings.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems that may require repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or management.
- Troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
- Install new fixtures or equipment as needed.
- Keep records of all maintenance activities and report any major issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and precautions while performing duties.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar role is required.
- Skilled in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance procedures and equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
- Good communication skills in order to interact with tenants or management.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Qatar without sponsorship.

Preference:
Preference will be given to Indian candidates with experience in building maintenance. English proficiency is not required for this role.

Benefits:
