We are hiring a skilled Baker to join our team in Ajman. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and other desserts. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, managing inventory, and ensuring that products meet our high standards of quality.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Baker in a professional kitchen
- Proficient in Malayalam language
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have strong attention to detail and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene

Responsibilities:

- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, icings, or other ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment
- Bake items based on established standards for product quality and consistency
- Decorate baked goods using various types of icing or toppings
- Inspect products for visual appeal and ensure they meet our quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Comply with food safety regulations at all times

Salary: 1500$ per month
