Part-Time Construction Manager
Location: Muscat, Oman



We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Conduct site visits to ensure project is on track and address any concerns.
- Keep track of project expenses and report any discrepancies to management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this part-time position.
