Logistician - Supply Chain Coordinator (Abu Dhabi)



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistician to join our supply chain team in Abu Dhabi. As a Logistician, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the efficient flow of products.

Responsibilities:
-Plan and coordinate logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
-Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
-Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve any issues or delays
-Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels
-Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency
-Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in logistics operations
-Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding import/export of goods
-Manage documentation related to shipments, including customs paperwork

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
-Proven experience as a Logistician or in a similar role
-Knowledge of supply chain management software (SAP, Oracle) is preferred
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-Knowledge of local import/export laws and regulations is an advantage

Salary:
1300$ per month
