Restaurant Manager - Medina


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Medina. As a manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food and service, managing staff, and maintaining a positive customer experience. This position requires excellent leadership skills, strong customer service abilities, and a passion for the food industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, ordering supplies, managing staff schedules, and maintaining cleanliness
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies
- Create and implement promotions or special events to attract new customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain consistent quality in food preparation and presentation
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices for ingredients or supplies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of restaurant software systems for inventory management, scheduling, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary will be $1100 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Medina, Saudi Arabia.

Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates from Pakistan or Egypt. However, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

This job does not require fluency in English but having basic knowledge would be beneficial.
