Restaurant Manager

We are in need of an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Medina. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing a restaurant and must be able to communicate effectively in English. This position is open to Pakistani nationals and does not require proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve efficiency
- Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they provide top-notch customer service
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners
- Develop promotional materials and plan events to attract new customers
- Create work schedules for staff members and ensure shifts are adequately staffed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is required
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment
- Proven track record of increasing sales, reducing costs, and improving overall performance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to live on-site or secure accommodation within close proximity to the restaurant
- Pakistani nationality preferred
