Contract Restaurant Manager - Salalah


A reputable restaurant in Salalah is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As the Contract Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent service
- Manage inventory levels and food costs to maximize profits
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create schedules for staff and manage labor costs
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop creative menus
- Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and uphold brand standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g. POS)
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Prior experience working in Oman or the Middle East is preferred

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this contract position.
