Housekeeping Assistant

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the assigned areas of the facility. Your duties will include cleaning and dusting surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, changing linens, and restocking supplies. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This position is suitable for Malayalees who are looking for English speaking jobs without prior experience, as training will be provided. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You should possess good time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina is required for this role as it involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas of the facility according to established standards
- Dust surfaces and furniture
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors
- Change linens and make beds
- Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning products
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Follow proper infection control protocols
- Attend training sessions to learn new cleaning techniques or products

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Malayalee nationality preferred but not required
- No prior experience necessary

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
Starting salary of 1200$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
