Job Title: Restaurant Manager



As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Muscat. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, while providing exceptional customer service. You will also be in charge of managing staff, monitoring inventory levels, and creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management
- Train and supervise staff members to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, including promotional events and special offers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide necessary training or coaching as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Manage scheduling for staff members to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, inventory levels, and employee schedules

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
Salary: 1200$ per month without accommodation. This position is open for candidates of all nationalities who meet the job requirements.
