Entry-Level Truck Driver

As an Entry-Level Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating large commercial vehicles to transport goods and materials. This is a physically demanding job that requires long hours on the road, so a strong work ethic and physical stamina are essential. You will also need to have excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:
- Operate trucks to transport goods and materials to various locations
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road
- Load and unload cargo using proper equipment
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle before and after each trip, reporting any issues or concerns
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license for commercial vehicles (CDL) or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire
- Clean driving record with no moving violations or accidents in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work long hours and travel for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a truck driver is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is desirable but not required

Location: This position is based in Salalah but may require travel throughout the country.

Salary: The starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.
