Radio Technician


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Radio Technician to join our team in Lusail. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment for various communication systems. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Install and set up radio equipment, including antennas, receivers, transmitters, and other components.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with radio equipment.
- Perform upgrades or modifications to existing radio systems as needed.
- Keep detailed records of all work performed and maintain an organized inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to develop solutions for complex technical issues.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times while working on equipment.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in radio technology.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electronics or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Radio Technician or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of various types of radio equipment, including analog, digital, and satellite systems.
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
