Retail Sales Associate



We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Medina. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and completing transactions at the point of sale. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with finding products or answering questions
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Keep the store clean and organized for an enjoyable shopping experience
- Meet sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be legally eligible to work in Medina without sponsorship
