Job Title: Head Baker


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations, including creating new recipes, managing inventory and supplies, and supervising a team of bakers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the production of high-quality baked goods
- Create new recipes and modify existing ones to meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Ensure that all products are consistently produced according to quality standards
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all ingredients are stocked and orders are placed in a timely manner
- Train and supervise a team of bakers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Monitor baking equipment for proper functioning and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Baker, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to create unique recipes while also following traditional baking methods
- Excellent time management skills to ensure products are completed on schedule
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members
- Must have experience working in a high-volume bakery setting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Al-Kuwait. Relocation assistance may be provided for candidates from outside the area.

Visa & Ticket:
We offer free visa sponsorship for this position. Additionally, we will provide a one-way ticket for successful candidates who require relocation.

Nationality:
This position is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to candidates with Indian nationality.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with an average of 40 hours per week. However, some weekend and evening shifts may be required.
