Administrative Assistant - Salalah, Oman
We are in need of a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling important documents. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This role also includes accommodation and visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Prepare necessary documents for meetings
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations
- Monitor office supplies and order when needed
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
