Job Title: Indian Restaurant Manager in Al-Rayyan


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Al-Rayyan. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant including staff, inventory, budget, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and profitability
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff members to ensure a cohesive team atmosphere
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand without excessive waste or shortages
- Ensure all food safety standards are met and maintained at all times
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items that cater to different dietary preferences
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment for both staff members and customers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
