Restaurant Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including managing staff and scheduling shifts.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and sales forecasts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan promotional events or activities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency preferred).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
