We are in search of a skilled Baker to join our team in Medina. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, such as breads, pastries, and desserts. Your main duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, and monitoring baking times.

To be successful in this role, you must have an eye for detail and be able to follow recipes accurately. You should also have strong time management skills to ensure that all orders are completed on time. Additionally, a creative flair and the ability to come up with new and innovative ideas for baked goods is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Knead, shape, and proof dough
- Bake goods in ovens or on grills
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods as per customer requests
- Ensure that all products are of high quality and meet food safety standards
- Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Clean work area and equipment after use

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong knowledge of ingredients and baking techniques
- Excellent time management skills
- Creativity when it comes to designing new baked goods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
