Merchandiser for Retail Store in Medina

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to join our retail team in Medina. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring our store is visually appealing and well-stocked with products that meet the needs and preferences of our customers. You will work closely with the buying team to develop merchandising plans, analyze sales data, and make recommendations for product placement and promotions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute merchandising plans for the retail store in line with company objectives
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product assortment
- Work closely with the buying team to select products and negotiate pricing
- Ensure all products are properly displayed according to visual standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotions, displays, and events
- Train and supervise junior merchandising staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets through effective merchandising strategies

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1300 per month. We also offer free visa sponsorship and flight ticket for non-local candidates.
