Sales Manager for Malayalees in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

A reputable company in Al-Rayyan is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. We are looking for a talented and driven individual who can lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets and drive business growth. This position is specifically for Malayalee nationals who have previous experience in sales management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth business operations
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to the sales team

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee national living in Al-Rayyan with a valid visa
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry (experience in the Middle East is an advantage)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team towards success
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
