Construction Project Coordinator

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects in the city of Al-Rayyan. This role requires excellent communication and organization skills, as well as a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management and be able to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects in Al-Rayyan, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals and objectives
- Review project plans, contracts, and specifications to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure timely completion of projects
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor construction quality control to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Provide regular updates on project progress to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in construction management or coordination
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

Additional Requirements:

This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Egyptian candidates. Fluency in English is required. Prior experience is not required for this position.

Salary: $1200 USD per month (tax-free)

Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar
