Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the city of Ar-Ruwais. In this role, you will work closely with various teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that may arise. You must have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Experience working in Ar-Ruwais or similar locations
- Fluency in Arabic or Urdu
- Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with local regulations and building codes
