We are a renowned bakery in Mecca, Saudi Arabia and we are currently searching for a talented Baker Specialist to join our team. As a Baker Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and baking various types of breads and pastries according to our recipes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the work area
- Train new bakery staff on baking techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef is required
- Strong knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently under pressure
- Good time management skills to ensure all orders are completed on time
- Excellent attention to detail for consistency in taste and appearance of baked goods
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Benefits:
