Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al-Kuwait. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the construction process, from budgeting and scheduling to supervising the construction team and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets in accordance with client requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards are met
- Hire, train and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Oversee daily operations at construction sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Review project drawings and specifications to identify potential issues or discrepancies
- Prepare regular progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for each project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as a Construction Manager or Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, building codes, safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $1000 per month
