Personal Trainer



As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training sessions and guidance. Your main duties will include creating customized workout plans, demonstrating and teaching proper exercise techniques, and providing nutrition advice to clients. You will also be responsible for tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure client success.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for health and fitness. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate and inspire others, and a strong knowledge of exercise science and nutrition. This position is open to all nationalities, but proficiency in English is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess fitness levels, goals, and any health limitations
- Design personalized workout plans based on individual needs and goals
- Provide demonstrations of exercises and ensure proper form and technique
- Motivate clients to stay on track with their fitness journey
- Offer nutrition advice to clients to support their overall health goals
- Track client progress through regular measurements and make necessary adjustments to plans
- Maintain a clean and organized training space

Requirements:
- Certification in Personal Training or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Personal Trainer
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written)

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Jizan

This position is open to all nationalities. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Part-time options are also available. Candidates must have their own visa or be willing to obtain it.
