Senior Accountant
Location: Ar-Ruwais, United Arab Emirates


We are currently hiring a Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Conduct monthly and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and analysis of accounts
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare tax returns
- Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Assist with audits and provide support for external audits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the UAE or GCC region
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
