Information Technology Manager


The Information Technology Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and systems of our company in Umm-Salal. They will work closely with other departments to ensure that our technology supports the overall goals and objectives of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT management, as well as experience with project management and budgeting. The ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is also essential.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies in line with organizational goals
- Oversee the maintenance, security, and troubleshooting of all IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other department heads to identify technology needs and develop solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency
- Monitor technology budgets and expenses, making recommendations for cost-saving measures
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology, making recommendations for upgrades or changes as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in IT management roles
- Proven experience managing complex projects from conception to implementation
- Strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, hardware, software, databases, and cloud computing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience managing budgets and controlling costs
