Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Al-Khor. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing exceptional service to our guests. This position is open to both Indian and Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate. Recent graduates with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Ensure all orders are delivered promptly and accurately
- Offer suggestions and upsell menu items
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or issues professionally
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and assist with table set-up/tear-down
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Recent graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Al-Khor
