Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying firm in Medina is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying and be proficient in using surveying equipment and software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction layout surveys
- Utilize various surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels
- Interpret and analyze data collected from surveys
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Communicate findings to clients and project managers
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey work
- Maintain and calibrate survey equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software (AutoCAD, GIS)
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
