Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of various construction projects in Nizwa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project planning and scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Manage all aspects of project finances including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and managing change orders
- Oversee the selection of subcontractors and suppliers and ensure their work meets project requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure efficient project execution
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on site
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, scheduling techniques, and cost control procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team
- Proficient in using project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Nizwa (candidate must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in Nizwa)
