Construction Manager



As a Construction Manager in Nizwa, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction projects
- Oversee project budget and schedule
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications
- Hire and manage contractors to ensure quality workmanship
- Conduct site inspections and address any issues or delays
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Experience managing budgets and schedules for large-scale projects
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Nizwa
