Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets, schedules and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources effectively
- Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE region
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD or MS Project

Salary: 1800$ per month

Location: Al-Khor

Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.
