Electrical Engineer - Contract Position in Muscat


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer on a contract basis to join our team in Muscat. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components for various projects. You will work closely with other engineers and technicians to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Designing electrical systems and components for various projects
- Conducting research to identify innovative solutions and new technologies
- Creating and reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and reports
- Collaborating with other engineers and technicians to ensure project success
- Conducting tests and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions as needed
- Providing technical support to clients, contractors, and team members
- Managing project timelines and budgets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer
- Proficient knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, regulations, and standards
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Muscat, Oman.

Contract Details:
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months. The working hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. However, there may be occasional evening or weekend work required depending on project deadlines. The employee will be entitled to paid vacation days according to Omani labor law.
