Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and collect data on the land's topography, as well as preparing detailed reports and maps based on your findings. Your main duties will include using advanced surveying equipment to measure and map out land features, analyzing data and creating accurate drawings, and providing guidance to construction teams regarding land use and boundaries. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of survey data and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total station, and laser scanner
- Familiarity with software programs such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with construction teams
- Ability to read and interpret maps, legal documents, and blueprints
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations regarding land surveying.

Location: Lusail, Qatar (Preference for Indian nationals)

Salary: $1100 per month

Note: This position is open to candidates who already have their own visa.
