Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Khasab. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team targets
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify potential business opportunities and develop new accounts
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the same industry (preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Salary: 1200$
