Assistant Baker (English speaking)

The Assistant Baker will assist in the daily operations of a bakery in Lusail, ensuring high-quality products and customer satisfaction. This position is open to English-speaking candidates from Pakistan or African countries, with or without prior experience in baking. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, have a strong attention to detail, and possess excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and baking a variety of goods such as breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistency in product quality
- Monitor inventory levels and inform superiors when supplies are running low
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including storage areas for ingredients and finished products
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by answering questions about products and taking orders
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes or improve existing ones
- Help with packaging finished products for display or sale

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Must be from Pakistan or an African country (preference)
- Previous experience in baking is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds if needed

Salary: 1600$ per month

Note: This position does not include accommodation. Applicants must be able to secure their own housing.
