Construction Manager - Lusail, Qatar


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to lead our team in the construction of various projects in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management and be able to oversee all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a deep understanding of construction techniques and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to upper management regularly
- Monitor project site safety and compliance with regulations
- Hire and train staff members as needed
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the construction process
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Previous experience managing large-scale commercial or residential projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
- Experience with project management software preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
