We are in search of a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads for our restaurant. Your role will involve overseeing the production of all pastry items, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads according to established recipes and standards
- Oversee the production of all pastry items from start to finish
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure timely ordering and availability
- Maintain high quality standards for taste, presentation, and freshness
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on pastry techniques and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
- Develop new pastry items to add to the menu based on seasonal availability and customer demand
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus that offer a variety of options for customers
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in pastry-making

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- In-depth knowledge of different types of pastries, baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, etc.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in food safety regulations
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new pastry items that align with our brand image

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
