We are in search of a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in Nizwa, Oman. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations within the hotel, including managing the kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring high-quality food and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
- Create menus for all food outlets within the hotel, taking into consideration guest preferences and dietary restrictions
- Ensure that all food products are of high quality and prepared according to standard recipes and company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Train new employees on proper cooking techniques, sanitation guidelines, and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure efficient operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new dishes or concepts to keep the menu fresh and exciting

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Ability to manage a large team while maintaining a positive working environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees towards achieving common goals
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of quality control
- Valid passport or willingness to obtain one for international travel if necessary

Our Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with accommodation provided by the hotel. We also provide assistance with obtaining work visa if needed. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef looking for a challenging role in a beautiful location.
