Junior Accountant



A reputable accounting firm in Medina is seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior accountants with daily financial tasks, including data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes
- Assist with month-end close procedures and provide support for audits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
