Excavator Operator
Location: Khasab, Oman


We are currently seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate and move materials on construction sites, as well as performing routine maintenance and repairs on the equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator to dig trenches, foundations, and other earthworks as per project requirements
- Safely load and unload materials from trucks using the excavator's bucket or other attachments
- Conduct routine maintenance on the machine and report any malfunctions or damages to the supervisor
- Ensure proper positioning and leveling of the machine for efficient operation
- Collaborate with ground crew to ensure safety and accuracy of excavation work
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating the equipment
- Keep records of daily operations, including fuel consumption and any incidents or accidents that occur
- Perform minor repairs on the machine when needed

Requirements:
- Valid certification or license to operate heavy equipment such as an excavator
- Proven experience working as an excavator operator in a construction setting
- Knowledge of excavation techniques, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and depth perception for operating the controls of the machine
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with ground crew members and reporting any issues promptly

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this part-time position. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the construction industry.
